Blood Farm

Blood Farm is my Submission for the Ludum Dare #44 Game Jam.

Controls:

WASD    - Movement

1, 2          - Plant Respective seeds

Q              - Water Plants

E               - Talk to Vlad, the not-so-friendly seed shopkeeper

Space    - Attack

Mouse  - Controlling menu options

In Blood Farm you play as Garlic Gary, a zealous garlic farmer who desperately wanted to branch out. Garlic Gary decided to cheap out on buying additional plots of land to farm garlic on, and instead started planting it in the gardens of abandoned houses.

One of these houses wasn't abandoned, and contained a vampiric resident with a distaste for Gary's practice. He caught Gary and forced him to work by making him farm blood from the mysterious plants the vampire showed him. But Gary quickly found out how much harder this type of gardening is, compared to garlick farming.
